Cancellation and Change of Order
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@glovera.com.au with your order number. You can make changes within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you cancel your order within this time frame, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
- 30-day return policy: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange items.
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items.
- Exchanges are welcome.
- No restocking fees.
- Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The applicable currency for this policy is AUD (Australian Dollar).

Replacement of Defective or Incorrect Item

- Images or videos as attachments
Return Method and Fees
Returns must be sent by post.
The customer is responsible for the return label. Please ensure you generate and obtain your own return label.
Return costs: Return costs are covered by the customer.
Delivery Address Confirmation
It is important to check that the delivery address entered is correct. If an error is detected, please contact us immediately at contact@glovera.com.au to request a correction.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or unavailable addresses. If a package is returned to us, you can choose between a refund or a reshipment.
