Shipping policy
Handling Time
1 to 3 business days for order processing and shipping (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not take place on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) or on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Zones
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia. There are no additional fees for deliveries within Australia.
Delivery Zones: We currently only ship to Australia.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at contact@glovera.com.au. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
For each order, you will receive:
- An email confirming your purchase.
- An email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
